Cancellation & Refund Policies for Conference

Rex Conferences hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, Rex Conferences knows extenuating circumstances do occur.
The Rex Conferences Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to all the Rex Conferences. Online & Offline paid registrants who cancel their attendance at any time prior to the beginning of an offering, Rex Conferences will issue a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event by anyone at the institution for any Rex Conferences programme. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to events@rexconferences.com.

Cancellation by Rex Conferences

If Rex Conferences cancels or postpones a conference or online offering due to unforeseen circumstances, Rex Conferences will automatically issue a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event by anyone at the institution for any Rex Conferences programme..
